The EJ Padero Signature Iced Tea

Shaken, not stirred!

Shaken, not stirred!

It had been YEARS since I last made this, before today.

I picked up the recipe (which is no biggie) in 1997, when the Internet was relatively new to the public in the Philippines. This was during the time when mIRC, pIRCh, GeoCities, Hotmail, Rocketmail, Tripod, Persian Kitty, 33.6 & 56 KBPS dial up networking, and a good iced tea were all the rave at internet cafes – back when those places really were actual cafes.

Great picture of a great drink. I actually forgot all about your making it until I read this post.

Ayos ang mga neighbors banda dito sa Framingham. Mabigat ang snow ngayong weekend.
