Filling food. Real music, like “Some Enchanted Evening” and “Seventh Dawn”. Broadway. Tito Linc and daughter Francine duet. Master pianist Pros (not Prospero, but Proseso) is a chemical engineer.
Got more acquainted with the bar. Vodka mix. San Miguel Pale Pilsen.
Ever-present are German “Kuya Germs” Moreno and owner Pilita Corrales – “Asia’s Queen of Songs”. Last time I was there, Vina Morales. Surprisingly petite, but very fit. Can probably kick my ass.
