Spent yesterday at the San Lazaro Leisure Park in Carmona, Cavite. It was a welcome breather from the tech support crap at work. I bet small, so I won and lost small, but was big on the excitement of experiencing my first horse races – “the sport of kings”.
On the complex’s top floor was a Casino Filipino. I had always wanted to play on a slot machine. All the ones found at this casino were so high tech what with swipe cards and had a lot more than the three rows by three columns I expected. I was dumbfounded and ended up disappointed. I couldn’t figure out how the heck to play them. Haha! The instructions weren’t much help and I didn’t feel like bothering any of the tito/tita types who were jadedly working the buttons like it was second nature to them.
