I just caught the recently released multiplayer trailer video online. The sinlge player campaign is set for release on August 28. Multiplayer gets airborne on September 4, 2007. From what I see in the footage below, the delay is well-worth the extra week.

StarCraft II, the sequel to the award-winning real-time strategy game StarCraft (initially released for Microsoft Windows in 1998), was announced last month, on May 19, 2007, at the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in Seoul, South Korea.

Haha! Where else!? I remember my friends and I used to pwn the asses of Koreans over Battle.net at (the original location of) BlueSkies, Katipunan back in the day.

Then they started to pwn us. I guess they got fed up of us pwning them so they practiced 24 hours a day. Maybe just like that poor sod who collapsed and died of a heart attack in 2005 after “refusing to leave his keyboard while he played the battle simulation game Starcraft” non-stop for 49-50 hours. Tsk tsk.

Anyway, according to StarCraft2.com, “At this point, it’s too early to provide an initial estimate on the release date.”

In Medal of Honor Airborne, you can choose to land anywhere in the combat space which means infinite variation in how you beat the mission! As the enemy moves out, battle lines can form anywhere. So enemy postions are different every time.

This latest installment in the MOH series promises to be kickass with a new twist. To be released on August 28, 2007. Check out the trailers and in-game action below:
